Maritime history

Bodac supports OCE detection projects in the maritime industry, such as wind farms and projects within the oil and gas industry.

Concrete

The process of underwater sensing and the available hi-end technology at Bodac has improved enormously in recent years. Bodac supports OCE detection projects in the maritime industry, such as wind farms and projects within the oil and gas industry.

Performing the underwater technical detection and area release are often difficult to understand due to their technical nature.

Typical techniques and measuring instruments used by Bodac in underwater detection include:

  • Magnetometers
  • Side scan sonar (SSS)
  • Multi beam sonar
  • Sub bottom profiler (SBP)
  • Electromagnetic Induction (EMI)
  • Borehole magnetometers
  • Optical/Tactical
  • Divers
  • Autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV)
  • Remotely operated vehicle (ROV)
