We are Den Ouden Group, a family business from Schijndel that was founded in 1948. The third generation of Den Ouden is now at the head. These are seven nephews, the grandsons of founders Tein and An den Ouden. Over the years, the company has grown enormously: from a local contractor to an international player with a wide range of specialisms. But our mission has always remained the same: to pass on a better living environment to the next generation. Who is the Den Ouden?

We are here for the next generations.
Vision
We live in a world where the soil is under a lot of pressure. From drought to flooding, from petrification to impoverishment and from pollution to increased traffic load. We respond to the developments where the living environment becomes more liveable again.
Mission
As a family business, it is our mission to ensure that after us, the next generations can live and work comfortably and safely, eat sufficient and healthy food and relax in their living environment. Our goal is therefore to pass on the living environment to the next generation in a more sustainable way. We do this by making the soil healthy, fertile and liveable.

The third generation
The seven cousins of the third generation are currently at the head of Den Ouden. They are everywhere in the company. And that is a good thing, because that is exactly what brings the personal family feeling into the corporate culture. Let us introduce them to you.
M.A.G. (Marcel) den Ouden (05-07-1974)
Marcel has been working in the family business since 1992. “I currently work in all divisions of the organization. I can be deployed anywhere”. At Den Ouden Organic, in the factory of Den Ouden GrowSolutions. It doesn't matter to me, as long as it is for Den Ouden and as long as I can work with passion.”
R.M.H.F. (Rob) den Ouden (31-10-1975)
Rob is Sales Director of the Den Ouden GrowSolutions division, where he is responsible for the worldwide sales of organic fertilizers, biostimulants, fungi and potting soils. “That’s why I’m on the road a lot.” Rob has been working at Den Ouden since 1999.
M.H.E.M. (Tijn) den Ouden (01-07-1977)
Tijn, named after founder grandfather Tein den Ouden, has been working at Den Ouden since 1994. Tijn mainly works in the Organic division as a spring operator. “Every day we are busy producing products that contribute to a sustainable living environment.”
H.W.A.M. (Harm) den Ouden (22-07-1979)
Harm den Ouden has been working at the family business since 2004. As Director of Infra, Bodac and Materieel, he is responsible for these business units. “I am proud to work within our company and I am also proud of the involvement of all family members, our employees and permanent partners with whom we do it all together.”
W.W.M.M. (William) den Ouden (10-04-1980)
“I have been working for the company as an all-round employee since 2001.” William works in all divisions and helps out where necessary. “The great thing about the family business is the collaboration with the cousins in a growing and broad company. Always go for the best for your customers and the company and work with pleasure.”
J.A.P.F.M. (Jeroen) den Ouden (08-01-1987)
Jeroen den Ouden has been working at Den Ouden since 2014. As CEO, he is responsible for the overall management of the company. “In recent years, I have worked in various divisions within our company. During this period, I have gotten to know many colleagues, and I have noticed that everyone works for our company with passion and dedication.”
P.P.J. (Paul) den Ouden (12-06-1988)
Paul has been working at the family business since 2016, currently in the role of team leader service center at Den Ouden GrowSolutions. “I am proud of the company, it is special how the company has grown into what it is today.”
