Purpose and basis
Den Ouden Groep processes personal data for the following purposes: offering and executing our services, the communication necessary for the execution of the agreement, handling payments and keeping accounts in accordance with the requirements of the tax authorities. We send newsletters with permission, whereby you have the option to indicate that you no longer wish to receive the newsletters.
When it is necessary for the execution of an agreement, Den Ouden Groep shares personal data with third parties in certain cases. This occurs when hiring subcontractors, companies with which we enter into partnerships, self-employed persons without employees, temporary workers and trainees.
We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process personal data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of personal data. Den Ouden Groep remains responsible for these processing operations. We agree with third parties that the data provided may only be used for the relevant assignment.
Furthermore, we only share personal data if there is a legal obligation to do so, such as registering the BSN in the context of the Sequential Liability Act.

If the newsletter is not opened 7 times in a row, the email address will be removed from the list and you will no longer receive newsletters from Den Ouden Groep.
We only use photos of which we own the property rights or of which the creator of the photo is known. We handle images with care. We ask people who have been photographed for permission for online and offline publication. It may be that you no longer want images of you to be placed on promotional material or the internet. Of course you have the right to request that we remove a photo of you.
All employees have signed for confidentiality of company data. Only employees who must have access to personal data because of their position are responsible for processing it.

If you need the data stored at Den Ouden Groep in case you switch to another party or service, you have the right to transfer. Den Ouden Groep must transfer all your data to the other party.
Do you no longer want your data to be recorded at Den Ouden Groep? Then you have the right to have your data erased, with the exception of data that is subject to a legal obligation to retain them for a longer period of time.
