Combining forces

Den Ouden Ferm O Feed has been part of Den Ouden for nearly thirty years, PHC since 2021. Both divisions specialize in soil improvement and fertility and offer solutions to stimulate plant growth (GrowSolutions). Ferm O Feed develops organic fertilizers and biostimulants and distributes them to 75 countries worldwide. PHC is a specialist and leader in mycorrhizal technology and soil biology. The knowledge organization supplies plant fertilizers, beneficial soil fungi and bacteria that make soil and plants resilient and better functioning.

We are now combining the strengths of two similar organizations into one powerful team. We connect the commerce and international network from Ferm O Feed with the valuable product and application knowledge from PHC. We become a one-stop-shop where people can go to one point of contact for all services, expertise and product (application) regarding soil improvement instead of two.

Little impact on relationships

For now, the merger has little impact on relationships. The trade names Ferm O Feed and PHC will continue to exist permanently. The product portfolio and labels on products, too, remain the same for now. Existing agreements and contracts will be maintained.

Production Location Den Ouden GrowSolutions

The production site of Den Ouden GrowSolutions is located at the current production site of Ferm O Feed in Helmond. The production site of PHC in Oisterwijk has been closed as of today and is now also located at the production site in Helmond.
