On March 7, 2024, the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) published a statement indicating that Den Ouden Infra B.V., in collaboration with Bloem Infra B.V., did not comply with certain rules of the Competition Act during the tender process for a project in Roermond. We acknowledge our involvement in this matter and would like to emphasize that we have immediately taken full responsibility for our actions. Den Ouden Infra B.V. is committed to the principles of honesty and integrity in all our business dealings. It was never our intention to deviate from these values, and we deeply regret that this situation has arisen. In response, we took immediate action to strengthen our internal processes and ensure that such incidents are prevented in the future. Some of the steps we have taken include further tightening our control procedures, introducing additional checks and balances on procurement, and intensifying training for all our employees in regulatory compliance. Our focus remains on delivering high-quality services with the utmost integrity and transparency. We have sincerely apologized to all involved, especially Yuverta for the delays that have occurred in their project.
