Characteristics
Lava is a volcanic rock, available in many shapes and sizes.
The different types vary in color and hardness. Possible applications are foundation material, infiltration material, semi-paving and as a raw material for mixtures for tree and roof garden substrates.
Lava granules are very airy and porous, excellent for potting soil or as a soil improver. The product aerates in an exceptional way in the heavy soil and this for several years. Lava provides better drainage. Lava is suitable for both civil engineering and cultural engineering applications and is available in various grades.
