MycorDip Pt

Ecto mycorrhiza for bare rooted plants

Laarzen-tagline2.jpg

An all-in-one root dip for transplanting container seedlings and bare-root plants or trees. Specifically applicable for trees and plant material that depend on ectomycorrhiza. Mycorrhizal fungi colonise the roots under various conditions, significantly increasing the absorption capacity.

Bare rooted plants are much more sensitive to transplanting. MycorDip Pt forms a natural microfilm with bacteria and fungi. This product also ensures rapid attack and new root formation. Humic acids and seaweed extracts stimulate rapid root growth. The combination of mycorrhiza and rhizobacteria restores the essential biology in planting holes that has been disturbed by soil tillage, for example. Studies show that growth differences are significant in the long term. This is due to the larger uptake range, nutrient density and access to capillary water.

Product benefits

  • Very effective for beech hedges
  • Fewer saplings
  • Free of pathogens
  • All-in-one solution

Mix 1 package (425 g) with 15 to 50 litres of water. Stir for 3 to 5 minutes to form an even, firm porridge. Immerse the entire root area of the plant material, then plant out immediately. Plant the upper roots maximum 1 cm below ground level. Use the prepared product within 6-10 hours.

After some time the dip may become too thick due to soil particles, in which case add proportionate MycorDip Pt and water. A maximum of 15% extra water may be added. Do not mix with pesticides. Protect roots from drying out, wind and sunlight.
