The Netherlands has to work hard to achieve the climate goals. The Green Quest, an initiative of BNR Nieuwsradio, takes a close look at the sustainability of the Netherlands. Every Monday, a sustainable doer pitches his or her contribution to sustainability in The Green Quest with Harm Edens. Plant Health Cure is proud to be one of the 40 participating sustainable companies.
On 1 July, the Green Quest Award was presented to the most sustainable doer in the Netherlands. Five real sustainability specialists will give away the jury prize. The public award is given to the company that receives the most public votes. Plant Health Cure received an honorable mention as a finalist and encouragement from the judges to keep it up!
Plant Health Cure's products and methods not only save on the use of fertilizers and chemicals, they are slowly being made obsolete. This produces annual savings of no less than 10.8 tonnes of CO2 equivalents per hectare of agricultural land. Already in 37 countries around the world, thousands of hectares of soil are worked every year using our methods. That is real savings. We work with growers on a form of agriculture without artificial fertilizers, in which the use of "plant medicines" is the exception instead of the rule.
