Tree Saver Transplant

Transplanting or soil tillage creates stressful conditions for trees and plants. The combination of mycorrhiza and rhizobacteria in PHC Tree Saver Transplant realise a rapid attack and new root formation. It then restores the essential biology in planting holes that has been disturbed by, for example, tillage, restores the utilisation of roots and improves stress tolerance. Studies show that growth differences are significant in the long term. This is due to the greater uptake range, nutrient density and access to capillary water.

Applicable for all types of trees, shrubs and hedges. Remove burlap and netting from root ball/roots before planting. Mix PHC Tree Saver Transplant well with filling soil (60 litres). Then apply around the roots or root ball. Never sprinkle unmixed around or on the roots. PHC Tree Saver Transplant retains approximately 10 litres of water around the roots. Do not mix with pesticides. Consult your product representative for customised advice.

Application / Dosage

Mixing potting soil: 85 grams/60 litres soil

Trees: 12-14 cm85 grams/fill soil

Trees: 16-20 cm170 grams/fill soil

Spindles/venue trees: 4-5 kg/ha, by means of granular spreader (planting trench)

Shrubs/hedge plants: 10-15 kg/ha, by means of granular shaker (plant trench)

Solitary plants: 10-15 kg/ha, using granulated harvester (plant trench)

 

Use in combination with other (PHC) products

PHC Tree Saver Transplant can be used with all PHC fertilizers, PHC soil conditioners and PHC plant enhancers. Application of Fulvic 25 and PHC Myconate enhance the effect of PHC Tree Saver Transplant.

Packaging, transport & storage

PHC Tree Saver Transplant is supplied in a 10 kg box, or 85 g bags. Product attracts moisture. Store closed, dry, free of UV light, between 0°c and 30°c.
Shelf life: 2 years.
